Had my dinner at Fish & Co. yesterday, a place which you definitely should visit if you are a seafood lover. Some other restaurant may be better than this, but no harm trying something new right :)
Okay, first and foremost, this is what I'd always ordered as a starter, Mussels with Garlic and Lemon (RM 12.90). Can you see how creamy those little things are, sluuuurp. It may taste a bit salty if you just put those creamy sauce in to your stomach, that's why this meal comes with the bread slices shown below. Huurah!
Yeap. Basically the bread and the mussels came as a set. This is what I did: cut the bread into half, dip it into the creamy sauce, and... don't forget about the mussel. Place the little creamy mussel on top of the bread as a combination, and there goes into my stomach.
Next. New York Fish and Chips (RM 10.90). Quite plain actually, just fish and chip. Let's forget about the chips and stay focus on the fillet. Gosh, I forgot what fish is that, but you will find CHEESE in it. Cheese in a fillet, not bad, but could be a little oily and it's big portion (not all the time) of fillet could be a disaster for small eater.
Finally, Mushroom Fettucini (RM 14.90) with bla bla sauce and bla bla herb, can't really remember the full name. Erm... not bad actually, it doesn't tasted like the white sauce which we usually get, instead it tasted more like herb. Perhaps I can't click with the herbal taste, so don't really like it. Luckily the sauteed mushroom saved the day, it encouraged me to finish up the dish :) still, no harm trying.
Done. Stomach full with cheese and cream, no more room for dessert already. Will try them on some other day. So here's the conclusion:
Mussels with Garlic & Lemon - :)
New York Fish & Chips - :)
Mushroom Fettucini - :|
With 15% of taxes, kaching! RM 44.70 as the final bill.
